So since im new and its only february i will give you a brief rundown of 2005 so far and how shit the year has been (upto this point at least, maybe joining sg will magically change it)

New Years Eve
Super fun, especially since i thought i might have ended up stuck at home. Got really drunk, danced, got irritated at all the silly string stuff, stole the barmans hat and shared some drugs with a rather hot aquaintance of mine. Weaved inbetween every lamp post/tree etc on the way back to the barmans which annoyed him greatly.

January
Second of Jan. Wake up with giant swollen face argh!! so 5 hours of waiting in accident and emergency and they send me on my way without some of my blood but with some antibiotics. Bacterial infection of salivary gland they say. Que approximately one week of giant swollen face, seriously i looked like the child of shrek and a cabbagepatch doll. The one good point in all of this was that i collected my new car in the middle of it. Still i didnt like going out looking so ugly so just sat in my bedroom being miserable.
Approx 2/3 weeks later. Telephone call. Blood test results back (i had forgot to ring and chase them up) so apparently i had mumps! i had mumps a contagious disease and i didn't know about it for 3 weeks - how fucking shoddy is that?? so my work has to distribute a letter advising people to check their immunisation status and have the injections if they have not already, so people had to have injections because of me. sigh, still dont know where i got it. Also because of new car i was completly poor and couldnt afford to go out and get drunk the usual 2 nights a week.

February (so far)
Still poor and unable to get as drunk as i would like. Went and visited a tattoo place in sheffield and got an appointment. Woo hoo something good, then today i was told i couldn't have the time off work to go to the appointment so had to ring and reschedule it for like a month later.

And thats why 2005 sucks.
