so my boss (who isnt actually my boss anymore- although he was for 2 years) apologised for implying that i was looking weighty

my angry/sad book is filling up with mostly sad.

i want to do some more painting but for some really really wierd reason the flat doesnt feel right (like if i paint now, it wont turn out right because the flat doesnt want me to paint)
