If I make it until midnight I will be lucky. I have fallen asleep well before midnight every year for the past three years.
Tonight though all of these things might attribute to the fact of why I will be passed out before then:
-I got up at 9:30am, because I went to bed at 10:30pm last night. To sick to stay up any later.
-At 10:54am I went picked up Holly so we could drive to Appleton to go shopping. We had a total blast. We went to T.G.I.Friday's for lunch, then to Old Navy. I got two really cute shirts and a pair of green cords. Then to World Market where I got a bar of soap with a monkey and little bannans on it, soooo cute. Then to the mall I got all sorts of shit at the mall. A little too much stuff. I got Tristan his B-day presents. He is going to be 23 on the 6th. It's crazy to think that he is going to be 23, when we started dating he was only 17. Funny how he hasn't really matured in those 6 years. He still loves his video games. I bought him Ren and Stimpy seasons 1 and 2 and Live's Greatest Hits.
-Dropped Holly off at around 5:30pm.
-Picked up Tristan and he and I went to the grocery store to go grocery shopping. We spent under $100 dollars this time. Only $99.78! I have our whole week of meals planned though so I needed to get everything for all of what I am making.
-We picked up some dinner.
-Got home at around 6:30.
-Ate dinner, naturally.
-After dinner was when the real fun began. While I was out shopping Tristan did four louds of laundry. So from this point I folded and hung up all of my clothes and threw all of Tristan's clothes in a pile in the closet.
-Made the bed.
-I sorted all of my bras and undies. I haven't done that in...ever! So I threw out at least 15 pairs of underwear that were barely being held together by anything and at least 20 bras! But it needed to be done the drawer that I kept them all in would hardly close. So now all my bras and undies are all folded nice and neatly and I can actually pick out a bra and not have it fall apart on me as I put it on.
-I sorted all of my socks. I haven't done that in...ever either! I only threw away a few pairs of socks that were way to worn out to be called socks anymore and only had 4 socks that had no matches, not bad.
-Then I cleaned the bathroom.
-And oh yeah, I am totally sick today.
-Now I am making this ridiculously long journal that no one will take the time to read, but none the less I will do it anyway.
I hope that your New Year's Eve celebrations or whatnot went well and that you had a blast and didn't break too many laws.
We have no plans it's now almost 10 and I am sitting on the computer and Tristan is playing Halo 2.
My New Years resolution is to try to lose weight, for real this time. And to do better with our money and not spend it on pointless shit. Today was my last time binge shopping.
What is your resolution for the new year?
Happy New Year everyone.
♥Lots of love,♥
Niobe
PS-I changed my name, again. Not sure how long this one will last.
PPS-I changed it back to Niobe. Feels good to be Niobe again. I think I will stay being Niobe.
