Well, um...I'm alive.
..and look at the time...yeah, I really need to find a way to fix my internal clock/sleep schedule..

Hmm..one interesting thing: In the interest of getting some exercise and finding the treadmill kinda boring, and not wanting to DDR, ended up walking my suburbuan ass over to the video store to rent a couple things.
The walk wasn't bad.
In fact, along the way I found a path into part of what I'm guessing is the park district forest preserve...though it was pretty out of the way.
On the way to looking for any sort of path, I saw this animal that looked to have black fur, and it looked like a cat from the distance I saw it, but it also looked too big to just be someone's house cat walking around. It was more the size of..maybe a bigger medium sized dog. I didn't want to get close enough to get a better look, but next time I go for a walk, I should remember to bring a camera along...
It's tail looked sort of fluffy but kind of flattened, too...Don't know what it was.
But finding that little path was pretty cool.
