So I made a great healthy dinner today. I had slow roasted green chili pork tenderloin, Thai coconut curry brown rice and Chili garlic roasted brocolli all from scratch It was pretty killer I even impress myself sometimes lol
I also today I ran/jogged/walked/almost killed myself fallowing the Lake Natoma Four Bridges Half Marathon which is 13.1 miles well it was a little less because i didn't leave the trail lets say i went 12 miles
