I've been a bit under the weather as of late. Nothing too serious but I need to take control of matters before they get worse. How I ever let myself get in this unhealthy place is beyond me since nutrition has always been a deep interest of mine.
I need to learn to ration my time better. Anyone know of an online site the lets you set up a schedule and sends you reminders and stuff? I could really use one.

If you have MS Office, the task and calendar thingies in Outlook are tremendously useful. I'm sure there are other, less bloated things to use, however.
