i just woke up from the only good sleep i've had in days. i feel pretty great.

i found out a few days ago that a local resturant needed some art by monday so i spent the weekend painting (with a break to the beach for an ocean swim) and last night went to the opening. a few other artists put their stuff up as well so i didnt feel too much pressure... i didnt really have much fun though. free beer, almost everyone i know around and i was bored and uncomfortable. i left early and came home to read.

i've decided that dan is my scene. he's fun and open... and we talk about everything. i don't really feel like i fit in anywhere eles. i'm lucky he's around.

anyway... i quit my job and i'm going to spend the next few weeks doing my own thing. stoked.
