Well I went to work out today, went fairly well realzied that I was way weaker and out of shape then what i used to be. It made me quite sad....so I've decided that I need to work out a bit more here and there and cut back on the cigs and smoke hehe...other then that i failed drivers examine.......fucking POS car (decided to blame the car and not the fact that Iwas hungover and slept only and hour )

anyways I also saw a band called Slaphappy....the Guitarst Evan is a good friend of my room-mate Nick, he'll probably move in to the house in december....but anyways damn good band good time as well besides CT hehe well i'm out
