From memory, this is not the first time that particular ISP hs been raided. My last employer (a large ISP) was also raided a little over a year ago, but for Kazaa not bittorrent. The MIPI seemed to be confused about the whole 'ISPs as a common carrier' thing - we don't care what traffic our custmers, are doing, nor should we.
Today at work is going to be fun I'm sure; i'm picturing a 'drop everything, and check our liability if something like this raid was to happens to us'. I should call in sick.
