Yesterday was just so jam-packed full of events! I had to get up really early for Westminster Abbey to avoid the lineups, and I've been writing e-mails before I go out each morning. It's a good thing I went early too, because I thought it was crowded when I went in, but when I left the line was at least 3 times longer. It was very fascinating, but you're only allowed to take photos of the outside. I then made my way to St. Paul's, which in my mind was equally as cool, but less old and cluttered with graves and tombs. You can climb all the way to the top of the St. Pauls dome via all these crazy narrow staircases that wind themselves around the dome. Right across the river from St. Pauls is the Tate Modern gallery, which was also awesome, but that day took me 'til about 5. I hit this one Beer Bar in the evening and also a pub. So I had to be all lonely last night, since Harriet isn't feeling well, I just hope she dosen't give me anything! That's all I need.
My new shoes are a disaster to walk long distances in. Not because the soles are thin anymore, but because the back of the shoes dig into my heels, and they are raw and bloody, so walking is turning into a much harder process than first imagined. If my feet don't start to blister soon, I may consider getting some more shoes, but I don't want to have to yet.
I'm going down to Convent Garden to watch the Liverpool-Man.U match on TV, and then I'm going to do the Tower of London, See Greenwich, and tonight I'm going to the Pedro the Lion show at a place in Camden. That is if I have the energy, I'm pretty tired right now! peace out.....
