rented /watched "From here to Eternity", with Burt Lancaster, Deborah Kerr, Frank Sinatra, and Donna Reed (among other fine actors/actresses). I actually shed some tears, and I have seen it 4 times before. I have no idea why the tear shedding occurred. Movies like that, I can completely lose myself in. Pretend the world is that black and white... men are big agro galoots, and women simmering marriage starved sexpots.
I like to watch reruns of the
"Golden Girls" too.
Next up for this movie night... Different Strokes (Dont even ask--strictly morbid Dana Plato curiosity)

Rent the Pirate, if You like Lancaster, it's silly, but he does all his own stunts in this, one of his first starring roles.
