Becoming a sg. I have confidence in myself but I also have 2 babies and a deployed husband and my life is hectic and I just dont think its the right time. Plus I seem to be failing at "how to do this right" sorta deal. Its frustrating
Been busy the last few days. Really tired and not in the mood to say much. Though I will say I am sick of people trying to add me when they hardly have any info or any pics. I wont add you if you do not have either of these things.

Looks are indeed decieving. I of course am talking about my duplex. Were on the outside it looks amazing (aside from the chiping paint on the back porch) and the inside looks good. Then you dig deeper and all you find is probloms and issues. I am not pleased. You think paying 1300 a month the landlord would take a day to fix the issues...

Depending on where you live, there may be laws that protect tenants, especially if it affecting health.

Sadly not here. If the landlord does not do his job then he does not get in trouble for it. I would have to drag him through court.
