I've been watching a TV programme about anger which has struck a chord with me. Whether due to some deep-down dissatisfaction with my life, whether due to the fact that I think I could do things better than those around me, I find myself often infuriated by the world around me. The programme recommended changes of diet (I do find that sugar will often kick things off for me), exercise (never my strong suit) and confiding in friends. So I'm doing the latter, at least in a virtual way in the hope that I can get some of it out of my system. Fingers crossed.
