Well, two months have gone by since my last post - time just whizzes past and there seem to be so many calls on my time these days. Apologies for not being here for so long, nonetheless. I'm 'working from home' today while I have a carpet fitted downstairs, so thought I'd use the opportunity to catch up.
There finally seems to be the first glimmers of spring here. I live in one of the coldest towns in England, where they always go if they want to illustrate snow on the national news. But there's definitely a sense that things are brightening up.
I've been feeling somewhat in hibernation myself for a while, as if my life's been on hold, but I'm feeling much more positive these days. I've been trying to get out more, to actually take some exercise and experience some fresh air. I even trimmed my beard the other day - you can always tell when I'm in a decline as I can't be bothered with such niceties then.
Anyway, apologies again to anyone who's wondered where the hell I've got to, hello to anyone who's never met me before and here's to a more positive and interactive future.

Yes, I could do with a hug right now, but then again who couldn't.
There's a distinct lack of hugs going round these days I'd like to see that change.
Nice to hear from a fellow Brit too; tell me, whereabouts in our miserable country are you friend?
