things are going very well despite the heavy stuff i'm doing.
i kept an open mind with the substabce abuse program, and even though i didn't think it applied to me, meco was right, there are alot of things that were said that can apply to everyday life.
my parents feel like i'm consistently the best i've been in a long time, at least two and a half years, since I came home. even with the program.
it's the canadian thanksgiving this weekend. i'm looking forward to family being home, mainly my sister, and rob's coming to dinner. we might all go canoeing sunday morning. i don't want to miss out on the fall colours. i can't wait for turkey and pumpkin pie
we had a new yoga instructor this week and he was amazing. i learned a couple new and very important things in his class, how to better medidtate being on thing. i had trouble getting to sleep last night because of thoughts going in my head, but with deep breathing and med. techniques, i was able to let it go. everyone should do yoga, there would be alot less stress, pain and anger going on if they did.
i haven't travelled out to see people much these days, as i am trying to stick to a budget and conserve my money. i hope to be in university again next fall, and i don't know what my summer job might be this year, so i am trying to conserve. i do hope to see you though, curses.
