today was a complete waste!!!

i went down to nogales to set up my office around 7am and met up with another guy that will be working with me, my partner so to speak. well, the main reason i was there was to meet the phone tech to set up our phone system(i made the appointment 3 weeks ago). they told me he'd be there between 12 and 3. so i sit.........sit........sit..........no show. so i call them and the guy says"im showing in the computer that your order was put on hold."
"what?!?"
"yes, i show a hold on the order to verify remote location additions that may be added to the instalation charges"
"i know about that, i told the last guy to just send the tech and bill me, i dont care what the cost is gonna be. so no one is coming to set up my phones?"
"no"
" [insert obscenities here]!!!"
"i'll check to see what the next time we can get someone out....hold please"

do you have to scream at someone to get anything done????? WTF??
those asswipes ruined my whole day.
