Well everyone I think the hearing went OK. Of coarse I have said that before and it not work out. So we shall see. They asked if I take Kirby with me everywhere which I told them almost, which is the truth. I told them about tapering down working physical demand wise and then hour wise because of my back. This judge seemed to be more objective asking me many questions along with the employment jobs person. The jobs person stated based on my eval there was no work for me when the judge asked. So we shall see in a few weeks what the ruling is!
