With holiday weekends and such can anyone explain the rational behind driving 1/2 the speed limit. So many times I see people drunk doing this on the highway. Do these people not get driving that way draws attention to themselves! I passed 4 cars in a 20 mile stretch at 10pm local time doing this and I just had to laugh to myself. I wonder if any of them got pulled over for going to slow and then busted for DWI.
