I know my body has its many flaws but over the years I have learned to love and embrace them all, every single stretch mark, scars , uneven skin tone an apron from having c-sections and extra pounds. I make sure every day to take some time for myself, weather it be a nice long soak in the bath, or doing my makeup and nails....

What do you listen to when going to sleep?

I have a hard time falling asleep, so at night I put in my earbuds and turn on my pandora meditation and relaxation radio. It relaxes me to where I drift off to sleep.
