You guys...I wish someone had been recording my reaction. I had just finished cooking dinner and was just sitting down to eat. Happened to refresh my email box and the top email said I had a message from SuicideGirls. I've got my email set up in my phone so I can see 5 lines of text so right there ready for me to see were the words "Your set Mahogany Blues was selected Set of the Day!" I went PINK!! I did one of those awkward silent cries where you don't make a sound and look like you're gonna pass out. Aside from informing those in my general vicinity, I immediately texted my friends and couldn't be more grateful for the love and support I've received from them over the years.
I'd been a Hopeful since 2013 and honestly thought this wasn't going to ever be a moment for me and I was okay with that. I love this community and the people in it, I love the relationships I've made both on the site and off (@marceline here's looking at you from that text last night!), and I love having a place to be myself.
