Wisconsin Blizzards... what a freaking pain. Driving home from work last night, typically a 25ish minute drive, took over an hour. (random, just realized my 4 year old has 6-pack abs... and he just told me that he doesn't want me to forget that I'm the best mom ever... first part, creepy... second part, amazing!) ok.... so, crazy bad roads... long driving times... and so, today, I don't plan to leave the house unless I have to. This afternoon, though, I should go do the traditional Sunday shot with my brother(s picture), and stop at the cigar shop... and return some shit to Target... so... maybe I will venture out. ... ...
But, before any of that... my brother's girlfriend and I are going to be Twi-nerds (I admit it... it's like... like... my addiction to licorice and sparkling mineral water) and watch Eclipse (which we haven't seen yet), have a drink, and just relax. I have to figure out when I'm doing my homework that's due on Tuesday at 6... apparently I have to make a list of basic skills requred of managers (without reading the text to find answers), Read 4 chapters, and then write a 3-6 page paper about a case study in our reeding. Oh, joy! Maybe I should skip cigars and just get the basics covered, and then spend my the rest of my day burried in my books. I miss the days of being able to bury myself in a book that didn't inolve any homework, thinking (other than by choice), and was fun... anyone want to trade?
