It is becoming exceedingly difficult to continue putting forth the effort for people and being taken for granted. You can only brush it off and say "well, they're missing out" so many times before you just stop trying. This past month or so has been an endlessly frustrating sequence of events... I really need something to look forward to... something tangible. anything.
