Once again, my living situation is being changed. My roomate won't make up her mind or commit to a plan of action. Now she's decided that we are moving into a rent house. Which I wouldn't mind at all, but it's in Bullard. It's 12 miles away from town. The rent is so cheap, that it is worth the drive, but I don't know about the worth of the house. One of her family members lived there (and is moving out, that's how she came across it) I've been to see it and it looks like a cozy "fixer-up-er" house, but that's only because her MeMe had it decorated so cute and packed full of cool furniture to counterbalance the house. The perks are the price (375/mo), it's a HOUSE , We don't have ANY deposits or fees, and we're not on a lease (so we could leave whenever we wanted), and we can paint or wallpaper or anything we want to do to the house. But, it's very very very much out of the way and further from my family and friends. I guess it really doesn't matter at this point because my roomate has been acting very standoffish, and when she brought the idea up she put it this way "I found a rent house I'm going to move to so if you want to come you can but I'm going to do it either way" And well, I really don't have any other options right now.
