I'm making some progress on getting my house fixed up to rent it out finally...I'm doing landscaping, painting, and a few minor repairs in the next 10 days and then it's on the market. Plants are freakin expensive! Over $300 for a few plants is crazyness...oh well hopefully it will look good. It will be such a relief when I have a tenant in this house paying rent and I don't have to come up with this money each month.
