Right, well bollocks to this, I'm off to spend some time with my daughter, she damned well deserves my attention than some of you lot out there. 
Only trouble is, the meds I've been given are still sedating me at odd times and I'm fooked cos I can't drive only sit here like a cabbage while my back gets worse and I drink far too much coffee.
NDD Update... While I doubt I'll be welcome back on the site, at least I've been in contact with someone who is very special there. Once the screaming and shouting were over, the conversation starts and civility becomes the choice of behaviour. Very helpful, and not at all scary.
I felt better for the converstaions, got the misunderstandings out the way and understood the other persons point of view. It was the vitriol which caused the most hurt, but now that has been dealt with, I hope that a line can be drawn on this whole sad episode.
And my back still hurts, even with these news meds
