I hate people sometimes. I just got shafted by a roomate/ tenant. I take part of the blame on some communication isssues but if you were homeless and jobless and someone gave you both, would you leave them in the lurch? especially if you just got a life insurance check. i can understand his gripes. I just wouldn't bail on someone like that. maybe thats why he got asked to leave at the last place he was. I hate everone... yet i always want everything to work out for everyone. and out of that i tend to spread myself to thin and aaaaaaargh. Any body want to buy some art. I got goooood prices this week. I think being a property owner is in my future so that all this money every month actually buys something rather than just disappearing. Maybe today is the day i fix my welder.
