Yesterday I didn't go to work, instead I cleaned my bearings till they spun forever, slapped on some new wheels grabbed my board and headed to San Francisco's Presidio.
I had been looking at the ride recommendations on David Prices SK8SanFran website, and followed his advice and went to check out Park Blvd. It is fucking unreal. If you have a Freebord or longboard and live anywhere near SF you gotta check out this ride. Start at Park Ave or Kobbe Rd...and ride downward to the base of the Golden Gate Bridge. You can practically skate all the way to the waters edge. Not much traffic, great views.

Wow... Sounds like you had quite the ride... but too bad that it fucking rained like hell last night. Ugh. Oh well... sometimes when Im around the city I think "wow this place would fuckin' great for _____ (insert trick here)" or whatever else... thanks for the link.
