i played with dic burns last night.. their bassist bailed.. i had 10 minutes before hand to learn their set before hand.. i only got to learn 4 out of the 6 songs they had, so i had to fake through the other two... i failed, but we were still rocking... dik burns has really good energy, but i feel kinda dirty...i had to completely forget i knew what an octave or a fifth or filler was for the evening... with songs like "fight fight fight" and "get fucked up" no one was really paying attention to the bass anyway... still it was a good time
