i need a drummer....fuck....the only chance we have at the moment is this 16 year old kid who's into classic rock and wants me to buy cigarettes and porn for him.. and although the art factory isn't to be torn down for quite some time, december 7th was still the last show... so now we need to find a drummer and a new place to play...erf... work has slowed way the fuck down... i finished off three books in the last two days and i was at work!!and if there's nothing to do i gets no money.. increasingly bored, but for my saving grace. the band thing.. i love my bass.. i still have (when i get another paycheck)a new bass to put some more money down on... american fretless fender fullscale jazz bass.. lovely, but kinda useless at the moment... voltaire posted on my journal and i was giddy for like two days.... ... a want to see a little dog smiley... that would be ever so sweet! the show on the 7th was great..clampdown was good.. the lurking corpses showed up..i'm still waiting to be on the other side of those lights though... which i realize will never happen now cus those lights are no longer a venue... ughh...

i understand what you were saying about a to d. and i decided to put it into numbers...take 1,2,3,4. the one to come up with the numbers initially (1) is the genius...possibly 2 as well, but then again 1+1=2, but a fusion of two of the same things might not equal a new thing, also known as 2. but then you get to 3...3 is a new idea, some might find it brilliant because it's a new element in the sequence, although 3=1+2. so 1 is the genius...and that's kinda similar to skipping from a to d, in that we have no idea where 1 came from. kinda like the inventor pulled it out their ass, which i guess constitutes genius to me. then again, it's hard to prove which idea is the original, and what's externally inspired. i think the fusion of old ideas is brilliant, but not genius. but then again, the fusion of old ideas is a new idea in itself... basically there are many followers that would like to call themselves genius..so i don't think it's really assessable from an outsider's prespective.
