Today was a gorgeous day. It down poured all day long. My usual 25 minute drive home took me about 45 minutes because I couldn't see the car in front of me. I love the pouring rain. Our house is on a large piece of soft land, so our entire yard turns into a lake when it rains for a long period of time. This gave me a reason to wear my rain boots. Yay!!
This picture makes me look like I'm waist deep, it was only shin deep.
So what did I do?
Jumped in the puddles in my yard for a bit, watched Kick Ass and some Sports Night (oh Peter Krause) with the room mate and made some chai. Nice ending to my day.
