So anyways, I have watched Finding Nemo probably 10000 times (half heartedly, of course) and I just now noticed....or realized.....that Nemo has the incredibly cute little gimp fin. I just think that is THE cutest thing about the entire movie. I actually can enjoy the movie now knowing that little piece of information.
Most of you have read about the many dysfunctions of my family....mostly those of my Mother.... but lately, she has been almost sort of kind to me. It's almost frightening. Last night, my jaw was dropped when she stopped by to give me a gift. (
!) A copy of Edward Scissorhands on dvd 
This....kindness....is not like her at all. And I feel really relunctant to "let her in"....
...but if she keeps this up, I just may have to...despite the many years of hurt and abuse.
Afterall, she IS my Mommy.
....And just so you know folks.....honesty is good. Even when its sting hurts like a bitch.
