Starting Feb. 1, I will no longer be an hourly employee, I'll be on salary. I can't really decide if its good or not. I mean, I'm getting a raise, but now I'm going to miss out on the overtime money I've been making. I guess time will tell.

Yeah, people I've talked to say its kind of a mixed blessing. Sorta depends on how you feel about the people u work for.
