5 days of snow predicted for our area, 1-3 feet of new snow over 7000' feet, not sure how many of you understand how excited that makes me!!!!! Bring on the powder surfing and some guided work finally!

So my guide training for the season was today and we did lots of fun things including tranciever searches( 3 beacons in 5 mins 15 secs!!!!! The AMGA standard is 7 mins, Im a bad ass) , stability analysis, and alot of sled construction for technical lowers! Now I know this might not mean much to alot of you out there, but I love this...

In Idaho and just went skiing for the first time of the year!!!! Only 100+ more times to go! hope the knees hold up once again. lol new house is great, real big and in a great neighborhood. who wants a ski vacation?
