Whew! What a day! I'm so tired so this'll be a quickie, but I wanted to change my "meh" blog
Anyways so me and me wonderful husband Nathanial spent the day in Calgary. We got our passport stuff done for our Disney trip in July (YEEEEEE!) It took a couple of hours but that was way less than expected and all the staff at the passport office was amzingly friendly, especially considering all the 'public' ( ) they have to deal with everyday. For all you non-Canadians, the american gov't has recently passed a law as of Jan that all Canadians need a passport to travel thru the states. So there has been crazy lines and back-loggs for months now. Anways so thats all done.
Then we met up with Nat's bro for lunch, then we went shopping for a suit for the brother-in-law, which was alright. We then went looking at flooring and found some(YEH!) to be done in May. We went for supper with Nat's uncle and cousin, who are good people. Now we are home and I am super tired, and I am off to bed. I have a whole whack of homework I should be doing, but I'm tired so I'll just worry about it tomorrow
*yawn*

yep, we need the passports also. fortunately i have had mine for years. there is a big backlog here also and a lot of people are not yet clear that they need one, especially for mexico and cruises. but, by gosh, i feel so much more secure. ya, right.

Yeah, I knew that we were going to have to get passports to go to Mexico starting this year, so I got mine renewed finally about 6 months ago so I wouldn't have to worry about it when the rush came this year!
