I love Mardi Gras so much! It is one of the things I love about living in New Orleans. The days before Mardi Gras, I get a little less active so I can enjoy myself today, and I always wake up with so much energy. I live close to where Rex begins, so my roommates and I brought a cooler and chairs, and just enjoyed ourselves. I was able to catch a lot of beads and even though my roomamtes didn't have much energy at the beginning, they were into it after the first hour or so.
I was also able to take a lot of photos! I think I'm getting a little bit better at taking photography (a few pictures below!), so that is also a plus. I plan on taking a few classes for photography, so hopefully soon I'll be able to take pictures of people that want to post on SG. Hope everyone had a good day!
