hey!! i know exactly how you feel! i'm eighteen and allll my friends are like 21 and over. and it seems impossible to get a fake id or something. anyway, it may have seem it took forever, but think about people like me who are stuck for three more years! aaaah!!!

Congratulations on your impending 21st! biggrin I feel sort of bad for the couple of friends that I have who can't legally drink. But I assure you that alcohol doesn't become boring when it's legal. It's actually better in some weird way. Sneaking around is just a big hassle.
If you like local bands, the Milestone is having a FREE show on Halloween night. The band is 25 Minutes to Go, who are completely awesome. Several of us are going. smile

Alright, so this place is badass.

Alot better than work, where I spend most of time on SG. Lets forget the other 11 hours of the day where I pretend to have some sort of life based around healthy relationships with other human beings.

The Cure is fairly "emo" but not in a crappy way, if that makes sense. With them it's darker than these crappy skinny-pants-wearing bands out now. I recommend Disintegration, not only is it their darkest album but also their best. But they are very British, and not hard rock at all...be warned! biggrin *Edit: The Cure were more responsible for goth, than emo*
Oh yes...the Crue...I've been a Crue fan since I was like 12. They were my first concert actually. G'NR opened for them. smile My mom took me, haha...she was pretty cool back in the day.
