At approximately 9:30 p.m., hot neighbor throws her keys from the ground onto my balcony and a minute later rings my doorbell to ask for them. She then announces that she's going out to play some pool, alone. I also suspect she's high, probably pot. These are strong signals she's sending. Hot neighbor has a deployed military boyfriend. I'm not going to do anything I'll be ashamed of, but there's a reason I'm calling her 'hot neighbor.'
