I'd love to be one of those people who has the funds, and confidence to travel the world!
Unfortunately anxiety issues have prevented me from going as afar as I'd like, but it's 2019 so this is my year to beat this, or give it a go at least.
I'd love to be able to tread further this year, head to other cities in the UK, visit a British beach or 2.
It's definitely not that exciting at all, but it'll be a huge victory for me 💙
I love nature, so as long as I'm surrounded by it, I'm sure everything will be fine 💜💚💜

I'll be in Atlanta at the end of this month, and I'm hoping to make a west coast trip by the end of this year!

Go for it! What strategies do you have to get past the anxiety? Can you entrust a good friend to plan a trip with? I find that someone else depending on me sometimes helps. Maybe they can support or encourage you, or maybe you can muster the will (and I know that's hard) to push past for them if not for yourself. For me anxiety about a particular thing is usually not like a fog to wade through, but a barrier: once I push past >starting<, I can enjoy the thing I wanted to do. Part of the barrier is fear that it won't be that the anxiety will never abate, but that's just another element from my imagination that I have to train my reasonable mind to ignore.
