Instead of the standard "eat healthier, excersise" etc.
My resolution this year is a little different! I've tried so hard consistently over the last year to always remain positive at all times, about everything. But, now I'm pretty sure it's done more harm than good.
This year I'm going to try my hardest to express my emotions better, rather than creating a false positive or ignoring them altogether! I think for me this is going to be much healthier and productive!

Good ones to have. Mine is keep building myself up and defeat my mental illness like I have been doing all year. Also less ranting and be more positive, something I’m doing all year too. Getting there! 😊
