Had band pr\ctice last night, it was v.strage. Stella is still at Coachella so it was just the boys and we had such a RAD TIME, we all bonded loads hahaha it's amazing how different we act when there is a girl there...i think it's going to do us good cos we all know how much we love doing it now

We spent the night writing new songs...one is nigh on finished and is sounding very cool and t'other is the first song we have written all together and comes on like helmet/quicksand kinda rock out. Ace

ANyway enough about le Chin..

I've been hanckering to watch 24 again but me retard brother lost the first 2 discs from the set so it's kinda sucky to come in to the story having missed so much.

This weight gain side effect is begining to get pretty upsetting. I have a visible tummy for the first time in ages ..waaahh i need to get rid of it!!!!

Oh well...back to bed i think have a lovely bank holiday everybody
