Easter was lovely and although I was sick as fuck we still went to bbq with some friends and had a brilliant time!
Lately I have been doing a lot of research on Nu Shu. Ok, I have been pretty obsessed about this topic.
It's already disappeared language from China. And what makes it so interesting; it was only a secret language written and spoken only by females. There is absolutely no idea when this language was "invented" and by who.
In old times, women were forbidden to be educated in any how and they were forced to stay at home pretty much 24/7 cos of their binded foots and in order to communicate with one another, they developed a secret language all their own and passed it to their daughters and so on. Men were not allowed to find out. And it wasn't before 1960's before the secret was out.
How amazing is that?
I mean, seriously.
The written Nu Shu words are not similar in any how with the traditional Chinese writing. Not by meanings or by the look. It was something totally unique and now it has disappeared from this world.
