Okay. First things first. In my last journal entry i didn't intend to completely rip on America, even though after rereading it I realised that's how it could come across to some people.
And in other news... today was my first day at my new job as a cadet photojournalist. I think i'm really going to like this job

I went back to the BME site and found the link you were talking about , perhaps this will better explain things , all porn sites , magazines , Suicide Girls website included must keep records to prove that all their nude models are of legal age " 18 years old " BME cannot provide proof that all their models are of legal age , hence if somebody sees their 16 year old daughter on the BME site in a topless photo , well the publisher is going to jail , even the dirtiest farm animal porn sites keep proper ID records so why cant BME comply ? and by the way ... these same laws apply in most of europe too as these are very common anti child porn laws that exsist all over the world , and many countries have much stiffer penalties than the USA
