couple of new pics of Drake, he's gained 40 grams in the past month and is 6cm longer than when i got him:
both taken with this new camera that i got today:
which, i have to say, i'm pretty damn impressed with. Paid $200 for it, it's small enough to fit in my pocket, has a rechargable lithium-ion battery and 7.2 megapixels. I wanted something that i could take everywhere with me because as much as i love my nikon DSLR, it's a huge clunky thing and i don't like carting it around everywhere. This camera is just what i was looking for.
Also, I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow because i have a really sore back and i'm starting to wonder if it might be something to do with my kidneys. I hope not. I had a kidney infection a few years ago and it was the most painful thing i've ever experienced.

Hahaha, I've always been wary about people who measure and weigh reptiles. I hope you feel better, I have to come home tomorrow

Hey thank you, I live on the gold coast so yea... its fun for a weekend but the lack of live music and type of people just make me want to count the seconds before I can leave, especially now after meeting and seeing so many amazing people and things here. About to pack and spend 38 hours in airports and sky which is the only downside to traveling alone.
