I wonder if anyone reads these?
Is this the equivalent of the old guy walking down the street muttering to himself. The only difference is that I bath regularly.
I have another shoot on Friday afternoon with a lovely young lass for my exhibtion, so that will be a bit of fun and then my last shoot will be on Feb 1st. Then I'm done! A little sad I guess. It's been about 8 months to get this exhibition together and when it's done I think I might be a little lost.
I have enjoyed the photography so much and meeting all these new cool people too has been awesome. Probably just as much fun as taking the shots!
I have had some national magazines interested in my shots too, so some of them may even get published.
I may have to start thinking about what my next project will be. A friend of mine had an idea of taking photos of people with masks on. Nice fancy masquerade masks and that's all they are wearing. I like this idea a lot and in a setting of red velvet drapes, dark chocolate colours, an antique red velvet sitting chair....might be nice. The idea was that when people put a mask on they can be "not" themselves. ie getting naked in front of a camera. The only downside is that it might be a bit boring.
Anyway, more thought needs to put into it.
For now, I'd love to just shoot some more SG sets. That one with Kass was so much fun. But I need to know that what I'm dong is not shit too. I'd hate to waste peoples time with sub-standard work. Kass's set is put up in March.
That's enough mutterings for now.....mutter, mutter, mutter.......

Tip for n00bs -- if you reply in your own journal, nobody knows you've replied. It's an idiosyncratic system, but here, we reply on the commenter's page.
