rawr, i was at that show too! if i had known you were there, i would have said hi! i came in at the end of immolation's set, due to my friend making me run errands with her...however, i thoroughly enjoyed the show, even though i was repeatedly sucked into the mosh pit and had to get drinks as they all spilled on me

Ha ha! I probably should update that the MOBID ANGEL show was last Friday and it kicked ass. They as well as BEHEMOTH & KRISIUN were on fire that night.

That guy (who was ripping on the metalhead) sounds like a dumbass. Metalheads are the best! And know all sorts of intelligent metalheads (for instance, my husband, who is getting his PhD....at YALE, as is our good friend, also a metalhead...also PhD at Yale...and I am sure that there are many many others).
I would say more but have to go to work....as a metalhead librarian at Yale!

no, i actually haven't had anyone tell me that (yet--but i am sure i do have plenty of concerned christians praying for my soul.) magick exists to those who believe in it; i am not going to try to convince anyone of something they don't believe, and i do firmly believe that science and deity can exist cooperatively...i am most certain of it. i look at things around me in nature, and i cannot believe that they would be there if it were not will of something greater. whatever that thing may be. but it is not for me to tell someone else what/how to believe. that is a decision they have to make for themselves...i just wish people could leave us to our own beliefs without saying negative things about us.
