Wow. New York rocks. So much to do, so many sound people to meet and only 4 hours sleep per night. No wonder everyone does cocaine. I'm not sure I could live there. I suppose if I balanced out the $7 beers properly I could stay up without having to book a hotel but only for about a week.

'Lux the Poet', eh? Have you read his other books? I liked 'The Good Fairies of New York' and 'Dreams of Sex and Stage Diving'.

Yeah, I'd like to see CBGBs just cause of the history but I've heard that it's pretty crap, really.

I started trying to read a more recent Martin Millar book called 'love And Peace With Melody Paradise' but I couldn't get into it.. He shoulda stuck with those three chords like the Ramones did. smile
