It feels like these last 3 weeks left in school are taking forever. Why must time take such a long...time?
The weather has been nice but progressively getting chillier. We are back to the 40's by next week. Hurrah!
I can't believe it's about to be May and we are going back to having 40 degree weather..
I've been slacking off in school yet again. I've decided to stop going to my Stats class, get a tutor and just show up on the day of the final and take that baby. If I pass, mazeltov to me. If I don't, it's not the end of the world.
I'm looking forward to this summer, although I still don't have a job lined up yet.
I've been looking here and there, poking around craig's list, but god knows you need lady luck by your side when you're scoping out jobs on there.
I had a weird dream last night.
I dreamt I had found a baby randomly in my house.
My mom was willing to take care of it for the weekend until the adoption agency opened on Monday.
But I became very attached and wanted to keep it. I don't remember if it was a boy or girl.
I felt like I couldn't let the baby end up in some orphanage where there was no guarantee of the little thing ever finding a home and family.
It was really weird.
I also bought a book at Border's yesterday.
I haven't just sat down and read a book in so long.
At least not one of my own personal choosing for my enjoyment.
I've been stuck reading textbooks and articles for classes.
On a side note, we will be having debates in my philosophy class on conspiracy theories.
My group has the lovely task of defending the theory that NASA never sent a man to the moon but rather it was all shot in a studio. Should be fun.
I've also been thinking a lot. Nothing in particular. It's just been a big shmorgasbord of thoughts and doubts and fears and other emotions and feelings drifting around in my head. I want to be able to lay down and relax without having all these little thoughts and voices start to leak in and take over my blank state of mind.
That's my rant for the day..
~adieu~
