Dearest Land of Suicide Babes....
It's interesting to observe and process peoples' views of the way things are and the way they think things should be. Take for instance, without going so much into personal detail...A few weeks ago I was anticipating a certain event. But a supposed friend from class shot me down like a World War 2 plane, stating "oh, you don't need that in your life...it's not that important-it's not a big deal". Perhaps not to her but to me, it meant the world. I find it particularly annoying when people try to take their ideals and beliefs and incorporate that into another person's life. That's just dead wrong. There are over 6 billion humans on this planet, one cannot expect them to all think alike.
Here's another fine example, I once was talking to a certain person about designer fashion accessories-handbags to be exact. She was all self-righteous and defensive about why someone in their right mind would want to shell out big bucks for a designer bag when the label is inside so no one can see. She states that a knock-off of the same item at a fraction of the cost is sufficient enough. I didn't know what to tell her...geez. Perhaps Mr. Billionaire on Mount Olive Rd. doesn't mind spending $1500 on a genuine Louis Vitton bag for his lovely wife. People can spend their riches any way they wish. That's just fine by me...that just makes this world go rounder and rounder. Thoughts? Anyone?
And that's pretty much how October's been...
