Location- Gould Street (Long Island) Frankston. (between the beach and the creek).
One bedroom (of a two bedroom floor). $140 a week Including bills!

Features... large balcony, directly opposite the beach, open plan, clean, neat, backyard runs down to the creek, nice views, room to entertain friends. Quite location.
5 Minutes walk to the shops, bars and bayside shopping centre. 10 minutes walk to the train station. However it's still far away enough to still be quite, and not get the Frankston traffic.

Wanted- neat, easy going, fun, perf. female, fit, healthy... lol. Guys are generally too messy, but if your interested or know someone, still apply.
Bonuses- if your into live music, going out, having fun, and the beach thats great.
*you will need to pay the rent on time, every week. *if your after a messy party house, don't apply.

It's a great spot, the beach just opposite, literally 1 mins walk!! Lots of bars, cafes, cinemas.
It's in Frankston, Victoria, Australia, BTW for all of my international friends
