Since it looks like the good times are killing me, or at least my car (R.I.P Pepe), I thought I would post some pics of my weekend....it may have been my last of carefree, non-income strained fun for awhile.
Time to grow up a little bit again: Figure out how to afford a new car, find a day job with my new degree, rent a house with a yard for the doggies (*gasp*) further inland where it's quieter. If I start growing a turkey neck and grey hair when all this happens, I'm gonna be pissed!!
So one of my best buds (and neighbor) had a birthday party on Sunday: She's the smiler in pink!
It was cool cuz I got to see lots of good friends that I used to work with and haven't seen for a couple months:
Just gettin' warmed up, my roommate, Bryan and I decided to continue indulging in libations at Tower 23. Actually, I had cut myself off at this point...or tried, they instead served me singles. (I don't think we were trying to do the "Night at the Roxbury" thing):
So I told Bryan that I could not drink anything more and hold it down, but he insisted on a watermelon shot. As Fate (or my mental kinesis) would have it, I managed a perfect spill as I neared the dreaded shot.....
Onto his lap! Heee, heee, heee! Such an accident, but so funny. Damn, he deserved it for trying to give me more booze and not pizza!
All in all, a pretty damn fine weekend. I can't even complain about the things I have to complain about. Lots of laughs and tan lines(or lack of, in her case....see picture in journal) with Chloe on the beach on Friday, good 'ole fashioned girl-on-boy sex Saturday (the kind where you still know you got fucked the next day...you know what I'm talkin bout ladies!), and party, party on Sunday. Unfortunately, I was pissy on Monday and Tuesday (what goes up must come down, I suppose) and missing Chloe like crazy for leaving me for 5 days...how dare she! But now, it seems, things are alright in the universe even if they seem a little screwy currently. I have faith that in this time of transition, everything will fall into place.....
What music always makes you happy? I really like Zero 7. Not only is it chill and awesome, it also brings back really good memories. The W almost ruined it for me when I worked there, but I overcame.
P.S. I love you all, but if I cannot get there safely on bike, and your ass is not picking me up, I will be kickin' it at home the next month or so until I can afford a new car....
Love yas!

And yeah, it is true that the bunnies like to fuck.
Did you know what the answers were supposed to mean before you answered the questions?
There's also an album by Brian Eno from the early 70's called "Music for Airports". So way ahead of its time. Great ambient background tunes.
Which W did you work at? I've stayed at the one in Westwood. I am now spoiled when it comes to hotels. They should all be as plush as the W.
If only I knew you were there
